Centiliters
A Centiliter is a metric volume unit equal to one hundredth of a liter. Centiliters are commonly used to measure smaller volumes.
When converting volume measurements, be sure to remember that the dimensions are cubed and so doubling the sides of a cube will increase the volume by a factor of eight. Cubic Millimeters
A cubic millimeter is the volume of a cube 1 millimeter on each side, so 1,000 of them make a cubic centimeter. It is the same as a microliter, and a drop of water is roughly 50 cubic millimeters.
