Inches of water
Inches of water (inH₂O) is a pressure unit from the Imperial system. An inch of water is defined as the pressure from a one inch column of water at 4°C (39.2°F) (which is the temperature at which water is densest).
bar
The bar is a metric unit of pressure defined as exactly 100,000 pascals. It is not an SI unit, but it is close to ordinary air pressure – a standard atmosphere is 1.01325 bar – which is why weather forecasts use millibars (1 millibar is 1 hectopascal).
